Orders and delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders over 850 MDL, in Chișinău and the other regions. For orders below that amount, a delivery fee of 77 MDL applies.
How long does the order take to arrive?
Orders are delivered by courier within 1–3 working days, on working days only (Monday–Friday), between 08:00 and 17:00. The courier calls at least 30 minutes before arrival.
When are weekend orders processed?
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Products and ingredients
What are the products made of?
The products are made by hand, in small batches, from natural ingredients: cold-pressed vegetable oils, plant extracts and beeswax. They contain no parabens, synthetic colourants, silicones or mineral oils.
Where do the plants and oils come from?
We grow the calendula ourselves; the other oils and butters come from local crops or certified organic sources.
Where can I find a product's ingredient list?
Each product page lists the full ingredient list (INCI), how to use it and any precautions.
Why do color or scent differ between batches?
We use natural ingredients and small batches, so natural variations in colour or scent can occur from one harvest to the next.
Are the products tested on animals?
No. The products are not tested on animals.

Can I use the products on face and body?
Most products are suitable for both face and body; check the ingredient list on the product page if you have sensitive skin.
What should I do if an adverse reaction occurs?
Stop using the product and rinse the area with water. The full ingredient list (INCI) is on each product's page.
How long is a product valid for?
The expiry date is stated on each product's page, as well as on the packaging.
How should the products be stored?
Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight.
